Shipping & Handling:

Standard domestic delivery (in the USA) usually takes between 3-7 business days.

Priority domestic delivery requires normal processing times but will take 2-3 business days for delivery. 

*Delays may occur with shipping, especially during sales or holidays.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing time as most pieces are handcrafted to order.

Delays may occur around promotional sales events and the holidays. 

 Returns:

We do not accept returns. However, if you received an incorrect product or if there was any issue with your order, please contact us via email. We will be happy to assist you and sort out any errors!
